Senior Timi'a Swanson (Americus, Ga.) came off the bench in both games and averaged 17 points, 9.5 rebounds and 2.0 steals as the Lakers went 2-0 for the week. In the first game of the week against Columbus State, the senior scored a career-high 24 points while grabbing 11 rebounds. 

In a home win versus USC Aiken, she scored 10 points, had eight rebounds and three steals.
