2017: Posted impressive campaign, leading Lakers in five of six meets … earned second straight All-Peach Belt Conference Academic Team honor … set 6k personal best with time of 21:00.70 at VSU Border Clash (9/1) … finished 10-of-47 at Jaguar Cross Country Invitational (9/9) with time of 28:50.93 and 9-of-75 (27:07.86) at Cougar Cross Country Invitational (9/23) … continued impressive stretch with 27-of-117 (27:57.10) finish at Bobcat Invitational (10/6) and 74-of-153 (35:10.75) outing at NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championships (11/4).

2016: Competed in all six meets … named to Peach Belt Conference All-Academic Team … delivered career bests at all three distances … set 5k (16:36.60) at Struts Season Opener (9/2), 8k (27:23.30) at Peach Belt Conference Championships (10/22) and 10k (34:30.30) at NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championship (11/5) … finished 13^th at SCAD Invitational (9/30) with time of 28:59.50.
 
2015: Appeared in all seven meets as a freshman … placed 18^th at JSU Struts Invitational (9/4) with time of 17:59.10 … finished 19^th (32:05.10) at West Georgia Wolves Cross Country Invitational (9/11) … finished 42^nd at D2 Georgia Collegiate Championships (10/10) with time of 29:02.10.

2017-18: Only individual to compete in all five meets, seeing action in nine total events … delivered personal best in 800-meters (1:56.10) at JDL Last Chance Meet (2/25) … finished 3-of-19 with then-personal best 1:56.27 at Dunamis Super Meet (2/9) … was also part of first place 4x400-meter relay (3:27.88) at that same meet … placed 3-of-39 in 800-meters (1:57.51) at Emory CrossPlex Invitational (1/21).

2016-17: Competed in four meets and eight events … set personal bests in five events, including a first place time of 11:07.87 at BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (12/2) … set two of those at South Alabama Jaguar Invitational (2/5) with 1:57.80 mark in 800-meters and time of 3:24.63 in 4x400-meter relay … had other PR in 400-meters at Berry Field Day Invitational (2/18) with time of 52.19.
 
2015-16: Ran in three meets and competed in six events … produced three top five performances, including runner-up finishes in the 4x400-meter relay (3:36.81) and 4x800-meter relay (8:41.72) at the Sewanee Indoor Invitational (2/20) … was third in 800-meters (2:02.02) at Tiger Indoor Invitational (2/6) … finished sixth 800-meters (1:57.87) at Emory CrossPlex Invitational (1/24).

2018: Saw action in all six meets and a total of 11 events … earned All-PBC Second-Team honors in 800-meters, finishing 2-of-8 at the PBC Championships (4/21) … named a Second-Team Arthur Ashe, Jr. Sports Scholar … earned second consecutive PBC All-Academic Team recognition … posted personal bests in pair of events … notched first of those with a time of 4:02.94 in 1,500-meters at Emory Invitational (3/24), finishing 3-of-49, and was also 2-of-13 in the 4x800-meter relay (8:00.49) … other PR came in 1-of-54 performance in 800-meters (1:53.18) at Emory Classic (3/31) … also helped 4x400-meter relay to 1-of-13 finish with time of 3:24.20 … placed 2-of-68 in 1,500-meters (4:02.94) at Emory Invitational (3/24) … notched 3-of-18 outing in 800-meters (1:53.48) at Tennessee Challenge (5/5).

2017: Appeared in all six meets, competing in 12 events … named to Peach Belt Conference All-Academic Team … delivered three personal bests, including 3:37.93 time in 1,600-meter sprint medley relay (3/4) … posted PR of 1:54.54 in 800-meters at Berry Field Day Invitational (4/8/17) and mark of 4:10.07 at Peach Belt Conference Championships (4/22) … his 800-meter time at Berry was good for second overall … helped lead 4x800-meter relay team to first place at Savannah State Relays (3/4) with time of 8:23.18 … finished fourth in 800-meters (1:55.48) at PBC Championships.
 
2016: Competed in all seven meets and ran in 12 events … had four top five outings, including a first place finish in the 4x800-meter relay (7:55.11) at the Emory Invitational (3/19) … was also second in 4x400-meter relay (3:22.66) at Berry Field Day Invitational (4/9) and third in same event (3:20.18) at Shorter Invitational (3/26).
 
Thomasville High School: Highly accomplished four-year member of Bulldogs’ cross country and track & field programs … three-time Georgia 1-AA 800-meter champion after posting runner-up performance as a freshman … was 1,600-meter state champion that season and runner-up as a sophomore … member of 1,600-meter relay state champions as a senior after runner-up outing as a junior … as a senior, was also 400-meter runner-up and 1-AA cross country runner-up … also highly accomplished in the Georgia Olympics, competing all four years of high school career … in the 800-meters, was third as a senior, fourth as a junior and fifth as a freshman … as a senior, was third in 1,600-meter relay and seventh in 400-meters … following junior season, finished 23^rd in 1,500-meters in 2013 USATF Junior Olympics in Greensboro, N.C. … as accomplished academically as in competition … AP Scholar, Susan B.
