Shaun Baddock was one of the most resilient players that ever dawned a Laker uniform.  During his career, despite six knee surgeries, Baddock played in 70 matches and made 68 starts.  In 2000, Shaun played in all 22 matches, carried the team to its best season in school history, posting a 18-3-1 record and earning the program’s first Peach Belt Conference Tournament Championship in their fourth season in the conference. 

Baddock was also a three-time captain and at the time was the only multi-year captain in program history  In his senior year, the 2005 season, Shaun led the team to a PBC Regular Season and a Tournament Championship.   In his career, Baddock knocked in 22 goals and notched 18 assists.  Shaun was also a four-time PBC Presidential Honor Roll, and three-time Team Academic Award selection. 

Following his senior year, the department selected Shaun as the Laker Award winner, which goes to the student athlete that demonstrated excellence on the field, in the classroom, and in the community.
