Senior T.J. Witherspoon (Thomasville, Ga.) came within 0.17 of an NCAA provisional in the 800-meters, finishing with a time of 1:52.20 at the Don McGarey Invitational (4/27).

While not quite good enough to make the NCAA lists it was a personal best and locked up a 1-of-20 finish. Additionally, he bested 12 Division I runners as well as five representatives from fellow PBC member Augusta.
