AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) announced on Tuesday its Preseason All-Conference and Coaches' Poll for the 2025 women's soccer season. The Clayton State University squad is well-represented on this list.
Senior forward
Amiah Sprunger-Hightower was selected as a preseason all-conference honoree for the third straight season. As a team, the coaches picked the Lakers to finish sixth out of 11 teams. Columbus State was picked by coaches to finish atop of the league.
A native of Westfield, Ind., Sprunger-Hightower became only the sixth Laker to earn three all-conference nods. The first-team selection had a wonderful season for the Lakers as she scored 11 goals and added a team-leading six assists. Over her three seasons in Morrow, Amiah scored 33 goals, which is fourth in program history, and added 13 assists.
The Lakers returned nine players from last season but welcomed 14 newcomers to the team.
