Coach Clarke Appoints Miah Hipp as Assistant Coach

Coach Hipp brings a plethora of club coaching experience

MORROW, Ga. – Clayton State University head women's soccer coach Ricky Clarke announced the addition of Miah Hipp to the coaching staff for the 2025 season.  Coach Hipp brings a plethora of club experience to Clarke's staff at Clayton State. 
 
COACH CLARKE'S THOUGHTS
"Women's Soccer are thrilled to welcome Miah Hipp to Laker Nation!" said Clarke. "Miah has a brilliant soccer mind; she will be a powerful role model for our team and brings a personality that fits our culture perfectly. Her commitment to education and people adds value far beyond the field. This is another piece of the puzzle, another leader in our village, and a great addition to our culture."
 
ABOUT COACH HIPP
Coach Hipp comes to Clayton State from coaching for ten plus years in the club soccer ranks.  Her coaching stops included MOBA, TopHat, Concorde Fire, and Atlanta United FC.  Back in her playing days, Coach Hipp played soccer at nearby Starrs Mill High School in Peachtree City.   Miah holds a US Soccer "B" license.  
 
Coach Hipp graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design.
