MORROW, Ga. – The Clayton State University men's soccer learned their first-round matchup in the 2023 NCAA Division II Men's Soccer Tournament on Monday evening.  The #8 Lakers matchup with the #9 Bears of Lenoir-Rhyne University on Thursday, November 16^th at 6 p.m. on the campus of Limestone University.  The winner of this match gets the chance to play the #1 Limestone University Saints on Saturday, November 18^th. 
 
The Lakers are 4-0 all-time against the Bears and two teams have not played since 2002.  The Lakers have outscored Lenoir-Rhyne University, 11-1, in those four matches.  Clayton State have not been to the NCAA Tournament since 2010 when they reached the Elite Eight.
