OAKWOOD, Ga. – For the sixth straight and final time, senior
Ariel Boyd-Ghani (Morrow, Ga.) paced Clayton State women's cross country as they finished 18-of-23 at the 2018 NCAA Division II Southeast Regional on Saturday, November 17. As a team they finished with 482 points.

Boyd-Ghani came in at 76-of-154 with a time of 25:16.46 on the 6k course while senior
Carla Catala Martin (Barcelona, Spain) was the next highest finisher in 94
th (25:57.36). Sophomore
Na'ilah Allen (McDonough, Ga.) capped the top three performers with a mark of 26:04.62 that put her in 97
th.

Lynnet Kosgei (Eldoret, Kenya) was the next highest finisher in 102
nd with a time of 26:14.60 and freshman
Stephanie Escobar (Forest Park, Ga.) was 125
th (27:01.93). Freshman Asia Love closed things out in 148
th with a time of 30:58.10.

Queens completed a sweep of the region meets as their women equaled the men, taking home the championship with 50 points ahead of Flagler's 98. Anderson (129), Mount Olive (133) and North Georgia (153) rounded out the top five finishers.
