2017: Competed in five of six meets … earned spot on Peach Belt Conference All-Academic Team in first year of eligibility … registered 6k career-best time of 21:24.20 at VSU Border Clash (9/1) in season opener and 8k personal best of 27:10.68 at Cougar Cross Country Invitational (9/23) … latter time was good for impressive 11-of-75 finish … earned 47-of-117 (28:49.40) outing at Bobcat Invitational (10/6).

2016: Ran in three meets … posted 8k personal best of 28:13.30 at Peach Belt Conference Championships (10/22).
 
Indoor Track & Field
2017-18: Saw action in four of five meets and total of seven events … set PR’s in each of the four different events competed in … notched 800-meter time of 2:03.55 at Sewanee Tiger Indoor Invitational (2/3), 4:42.53 in mile at Emory CrossPlex Invitational (1/21) … added other two personal bests at Dunamis Super Meet (2/9), recording 3,000-meter time of 9:27.55 and distance medley relay time of 11:06.34 … finished 2-of-12 in lone 800-meter performance.

2016-17: Appeared in just a pair of meets and events … delivered PR’s in mile (4:50.40) and DMR (11:39.06) at Emory CrossPlex Invitational (1/22).
 
Outdoor Track & Field
2018: Competed in five of six meets and total of eight events … earned spot on PBC All-Academic Team in first year of eligibilty … posted personal bests in four events, including in the 1,500-meters (4:13.05) at the Victor Icebreaker Duals (3/3), distance medley relay (10:49.36) at the Emory Invitational (3/24) and a mark of 8:00.49 in the 4x800-meter relay at the Emory Classic (3/31) … his 1,500-meter performance was good for a 6-of-37 finish while his 4x800 performance came in at 2-of-13 … final PR came in the 5,000-meters at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (4/21) with a time of 16:20.85.

2017: Saw action in four meets and eight events … set four total personal bests on the season, including a time of 4:25.05 in the 1,500-meter and 8:21.32 in the 4x800-meter relay at the Emory Invitational (3/18) … others came in the 800-meters (2:06.02) at the Berry Field Day Invitational (4/8) and 5,000-meters (17:01.85) at the Savannah State Relays (3/4) … helped lead 4x8 to first place at Savannah with time of 8:23.18.
 
Eagles Landing High School: Three-year member of cross country and track & field programs … helped lead Golden Eagles cross country team to 4-AAAA Region Championship as a junior and a 4-AAAA Region Runner-Up finish and 10^th place finish at Georgia State Championships as a senior … member of Henry County Track & Field Runner-Up team as a senior … qualified for Georgia State Championships in the 4x400-meter relay as a junior … placed ninth in mile at Henry County Championships as a sophomore, notching a personal best of 5:02.
