AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) announced on Wednesday morning its Preseason All-Conference and Coaches' Poll for the 2026 Men's Soccer Season.

Camilo Velez was selected as a preseason All-Conference pick. Velez, who was a second-team All-Conference selection last season, led the team and was third in the PBC with eight assists and added a pair of goals. In addition, Velez fired in a team second-best 33 shots and put 14 on frame. Velez was also just one of five Lakers to appear in all 20 matches last season.
The coaches picked the Lakers to finish third in the PBC this season. Flagler, who swept the 2025 Regular Season and Tournament Championships, was picked first. North Georgia and Clayton State follow close behind. Lander, USCA, Georgia Southwestern, and Middle Georgia round out the Coaches' Poll.
