MORROW, Ga. – The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) selected its first Indoor Track & Field Athletes of the Week for the 2025-26 season on Monday. Clayton State University men's jumper

Gabriella Lawrence Earned Field Athletes of the Week.
Jackson got off to a hot start to his season at the Birmingham Indoor Icebreaker. Jackson placed ninth in the long jump with a final mark of 6.89m. He finished ahead of five division I jumpers and two conference opponents. In the triple jump, Davonte jumped to a 10
th place finish with a final mark of 14.10m while he was placed on the 4x400m relay team that finished with a time of 3:27.13. Currently, Jackson is second in the long jump and third in the triple in the conference.
Lawrence, who made her Laker debut, had a strong showing at the Birmingham Indoor Icebreaker. Lawrence holds the top mark in the long jump with a final jump of 5.05m. That jump is also eighth best in program history. Gabriella also holds the best mark in the conference in triple jump with a final mark of 11.12m. That distance is good for fifth all-time in program history. In addition, Lawrence also cleared 1.40m in the high jump.
