Men's Cross Country | November 8, 2025
WINGATE, N.C. – The Clayton State University men's cross country team competed in the 2025 NCAA DII Southeast Regionals on Saturday morning. The Lakers saw some strong performances and placed 13
th as a team. Reigning National Champion Wingate won the meet with 16 points.
The Lakers were led by senior
Camron Gaddis. Gaddis finished in 51
st with a final time of 34:01.3. Following close behind was
James Morrow. The Laker sophomore finished in 66
th with a time of 34:37.79. That time is good for a new PR for James.
Emanuel Dixon and
Rakiem Barnes round out the Lakers who placed in the top 100, overall. Dixon clocked a time of 35:04. 6 while Barnes crossed the finish line in 35:44.3.
Dion Dial rounds out the top five finishers for the Lakers as he finished with a final time of 35:54.5.
Nehemiah Horton and
Mykell Strickland also raced for the Lakers and finished with times of 37:18.91 and 37:18.97, respectively.
The Lakers saw some good performances from up and down the lineup and finished with 381 points.
