MORROW, Ga. – The Division II Athletic Directors Association (D2ADA) announced its selections for the Athletic Achievement distinction for the 2023-24 academic year. The Clayton State Department of Athletics saw 18 of its student-athletes land on this list.
Clayton State is one of seven schools in the Peach Belt Conference (PBC) to have at least one selection on this list. Overall, the D2ADA recognized 19,774 student-athletes across the entire DII landscape. Leading the department is women's soccer with eight selections followed by men's track & field, women's basketball, and men's soccer with two.
Below are the full list of student-athletes that were chosen for this honor:
To qualify for this award, the student-athlete must boast a 3.5 GPA or higher, have completed a minimum of two years of collegiate work, and you must have been a member of the institution last season. This award is only open to student-athletes that compete in DII sponsored sports.
