Na'ilah Allen (McDonough, Ga.) paced Clayton State women's cross country as they finished 10-of-12 at the 2019 Peach Belt Conference Championships on Saturday, October 26, finishing with 274 points.
Allen (McDonough, Ga.) covered the 5k distance in a time of 20:31.80 to lead the Lakers while freshman
Sasha Knowles (Nassau, Bahamas) was 65
th with a mark of 22:31.20. Senior
Laura Shkembi (Oostende, Belgium) closed out the program's top finishers in 68
th at 22:49.00.
Clayton State will now await word on whether they will compete in the 2019 NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championships on Saturday, November 9.
