2017: Ran in all six meets … named to Peach Belt Conference All-Academic Team in first year of eligibility … notched personal best 8k time of 27:36.65 at Cougar Cross Country Invitational (9/23), finishing 17-of-75 … preceded that with 6k PR of 21:37.70 at season opening VSU Border Clash (9/1) … placed 28-of-117 (27:58.60) at 8k Bobcat Invitational (10/6).

2016: Saw action in all six meets … posted career-best 5k time of 17:41.40 at Struts Season Opener (9/2) … best 8k time (28:01.90) came at Peach Belt Conference Championships (10/22) and 10k time (35:32.00) at NCAA Division II Southeast Region Championships (11/5) … delivered 17^th place finish at SCAD Cross Country Invitational (9/30).
 
Indoor Track & Field
2017-18: Competed in three of five meets and six total events … set three personal bests, including in the 800-meters (2:01.60) at the Emory CrossPlex Invitational (1/21), 4x400-meter relay (3:39.24) at the Sewanee Tiger Indoor Invitational (2/3) and distance medley relay (11:06.34) at the Dunamis Super Meet (2/9) … delivered a 1-of-12 performance in the 800-meters (2:03.00) at Sewanee.

2016-17: Appeared in three meets … notched personal best times of 4:50.23 in mile and 11:16.87 in distance medley relay at Emory CrossPlex Invitational (1/22) … delivered first PR in 3,000-meters (9:38.11) at BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (12/2).
 
Outdoor Track & Field
2018: Saw action in four of six meets and eight total events … earned spot on PBC All-Academic Team … named to Arthur Ashe, Jr. Sports Scholar Third-Team … set PR’s in nearly every discipline, registering them in five different events … those included a pair at the Emory Invitational (3/24) with a time of 1:58.64 in the 800-meters and 10:49.36 in the distance medley relay … also notched a 1,500-meter time of 4:19.80 at the Berry Field Day Invitational (4/6), a 4x400-meter relay mark of 3:32.19 at the Victor Icebreaker Duals (3/3) and 4x800 time of 8:00.49 at the Emory Classic (3/31) … notched four top five finishes, including 2-of-13 in the latter event.

2017: Ran in five meets and 10 events … delivered individual PR’s in 800-meters (1:58.87) at Peach Belt Conference Championships (4/22), 1,500-meters (4:24.11) at Berry Field Day Invitational (4/8) and 5,000-meters (16:55.57) at Emory Classic (3/25) … had personal bests in 4x400-meter relay (3:47.91) and 4x800-meter relay (9:21.32) at Emory Invitational (3/18) … placed fifth in 1,500-meters at Emory Invitational (3/18).
 
Thomasville High School: Ran track for four years and cross country for three for THS … helped lead Bulldogs to Georgia High School Association (GHSA) Cross Country Regional Championships (2013, 2014) … member of program record-setting 1,600-meter relay team (2015) … finished fourth in the region in cross country as a senior … Scholars Athlete Award and Most Points Scored Award (track & field) recipient as a senior … competed in Georgia Olympics in each of last three years … qualified in 800-meter each of those years, finishing fourth as a senior … also made it in 1,600-meters as a sophomore and junior and 400-meters as a senior … placed third in 1,600-meters as a junior … member of National Honors Society, Spivey Music Scholarship recipient and concluded high school career on A/B Honor Roll … additionally, served as Vice President of Thomasville Kiwanis Key Club (2015-16), President of Thomasville Kiwanis Club, Rotary Club and Strings Interact Club (2015-16) … was also Concertmaster of the Rose City Strings Project (2015-16).
