Pre-Clayton State: Saw action in 31 games with 11 starts last season for Division I Morehead State… Head coach at Morehead State was Donnie Tyndall… A four-time Ohio Valley Conference Newcomer of the Week… Averaged eight points and two rebounds a game in pacing Morehead State to the OVC Tournament championships and the program’s first NCAA Division I National Tournament berth in 25 years… Lettered two seasons at Truett-McConnell College in Cleveland, Ga… Head coach at Truett-McConnell was former Clayton State player and assistant coach Cory Baldwin… Averaged 19 points, four rebounds, four assists and three steals during his sophomore season, earning both NJCAA All-Region XVII and honorable mention NJCAA All-American honors in the process… Played in the Georgia-Florida Junior College All-Star Game, scoring 19 points.

High School: Lettered three seasons in basketball at Redan High School in Stone Mountain, Ga… High school head coach was Dalton Greene… A two-time All-Region selection and All-State selection his senior season… Helped pace Redan to a three-year mark of 71-10, including the Georgia State “Final Four” during his senior season… Averaged 17 points, five rebounds and five assists as a senior.
