Indoor Track & Field
2018-19: Ran in three of four meets and five events … excelled at Southern Indoor Challenge (2/11), finishing 3-of-33 in 400-meters (49.38) and 3-of-13 in the 4x400 relay (3:22.81) … placed 3-of-20 in 4x400 relay (3:23.40) and 8-of-52 in 400-meters (49.68) as season opening BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (11/30) … placed 5-of-17 in 4x400 relay (3:24.29) at Carolina Challenge (2/2).
 
2017-18: Saw action in three of five meets and six events … set PR’s in each of the three events competed in … included marks of 22.74 in 200-meters and 49.66 in the 400-meters, both at the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (12/1), and 3:27.88 in the 4x400-meter relay at the Dunamis Super Meet (12/1) … his 400-meter performance at BSC was good for a 1-of-36 outing while he was part of a first place squad at Dunamis … was 2-of-49 in the 400-meters at the Emory CrossPlex Invitational (1/21).
 
2016-17: Competed in four of five meets and total of seven events … posted personal bests in pair of events at South Alabama Jaguar Invitational (2/5), registering time of 3:24.63 in 4x400-meter relay and 50.72 in 400-meters … also notched PR of 11:02.46 in first distance medley relay appearance, that coming at the Kent Taylor Invitational (2/19).
 
Outdoor Track & Field
2019: Ran in six meets and 15 events … multi-time Peach Belt Conference Champion, repeating in both the 400-meters (47.96) with a 1-of-19 performance and the 4x400 relay (3:18.85) ahead of five other teams … delivered a pair of personal bests at the Gulf South/Peach Belt Challenge (4/6), hitting marks of 41.49 in the 4x100 and 3:17.25 in the 4x400 … notched four other top five finishes on the year in addition to his titles … one was a 4-of-21 outing in the 400-meters (48.82) at the Gulf South/Peach Belt Challenge along with 2-of-33 finish in 400-meters (48.14) and 3-of-14 outing in 4x400 relay (3:22.93) at Savannah State Eye Opener (3/2) … final one came with impressive 3-of-56 performance in 400-meters (48.32) at Emory Classic (3/30).
 
2018: Delivered a tremendous sophomore campaign over the course of all six meets and whopping 20 total events … hit two NCAA Provisionals, including mark of 47.44 in the 400-meters at the Tennessee Challenge (5/5), to earn a spot in the NCAA Division II National Championships … became two-time Peach Belt Conference Individual Champion and All-First-Team honoree at league championships (4/22) … won the 400-meters with a time of 48.11 and was part of championship 4x400-meter relay (3:18.24) … latter was a personal best along with 200-meters (21.76 on 4/21) and 4x100-meter relay (41.78 on 4/19) at Championships … earned United Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Southeast Region honors in 400-meters and Arthur Ashe, Jr. Sports Scholar Third-Team recognition … also set PR in 100-meters (11.00) at Berry Field Day Invitational (4/6) and won the 4x400 (3:24.20) and finished 4-of-45 in 200-meters (21.79) at that same meet … claimed top spot in 400-meters (49.56) with 1-of-46 outing at Emory Classic (3/31).
 
2017: Appeared in four of six meets and 10 events … earned All-Peach Belt Conference Third-Team honors in 4x400-meter relay (3:16.71) at league championships (4/22) … was the fourth straight outing where he set or broke that personal best … set 800-meter PR with mark of 49.82 in finals at PBC Championships, finishing 8-of-21.

Newnan High School: Member of Cougars track & field program … competed primarily in 400-meters … delivered personal best time in that event in each of last three seasons … posted top time of 53.50 seconds as a sophomore, 52.32 as a junior and 49.76 as a senior … also competed in track & field at the club level … graduated with Honors.
 
Personal: Majoring in Nursing with Basic Licensure.
