Milledgeville, GA---The Clayton State University men's basketball team faced Georgia College on Wednesday evening. The Bobcats went on to win the game 91-63.
At the start of the half, the game was very competitive as both teams saw shots fall. Although the Bobcats were the first to score, the Lakers quickly responded.
Jojo Bell saw the first points for the Lakers with a good jumper off of a Joe Thomas rebound.
Mamour Mbow quickly responded with a layup in the paint. The Lakers were able to tie the score with a 3 pointer by
Andre Young. As the half went on, the Bobcats saw themselves capitalizing off the miss shots by the Lakers which resulted in a big lead for the Bobcats going into the half.

Although a big lead was how the second half started, the Lakers came out in the half still competing. Bell got the scoring going for the Lakers in the second half with a dunk. Young saw a layup go in followed by a 3 pointer.
Jamil Aleem also saw a 3 pointer go in following an offensive rebound by
Marcus Harris. The Bobcats throughout the second half was able to maintain a comfortable lead which resulted in a loss for the Lakers.
Final Score: Georgia College 91, Clayton State 63
