ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The Clayton State men's basketball team dropped its last road contest of the season Wednesday night, falling 74-57 at No. 21 Flagler College.
Flagler jumped out to a 7-2 lead early in the game and led for the entire 40 minutes.
The Lakers hung around for the first half, only trailing by seven at halftime.
Ricardo Lynch had a team-high 14 points.
Xavier Womack and
Kobie Johnson each had 12 points while Lynch and Womack each had seven rebounds.
Clayton State continued to battle in the second half, trailing between 8-11 points until the Saints pulled away late to win by 17.
