The Lakers trail the all-time series 26-22 dating back to the first meeting on November 25, 1995. With 48 meetings, it is the second most prevalent series in program history, trailing only the 50 games against Georgia College. The Cougars won 18 of the first 20 meetings before Clayton State responded by taking 20 of the next 22.
