MORROW, Ga. – Following nearly a week off, Clayton State (2-6, 1-4 PBC) faces a pair of nationally ranked opponents on back-to-back days as they travel to NAIA No. 10 Brenau (6-2, 2-0 SSAC) and host No. 16 Flagler (10-1, 4-0 PBC) on Saturday, March 12 and Sunday, March 13, respectively. They will face BU at 2 p.m. and the Saints at 10 a.m.
 
Brenau comes in having won three straight matches with their only losses on the season coming to Division II Georgia College (5-4 on Jan. 30) in the season opener and to Division II No. 3 Emory (8-1 on Feb. 20). They have just returned from a three match trip to the West Coast.
 
For Flagler, the have climbed from No. 31 in the nation to No. 16, largely due to the fact that they are riding a nine match win streak. With that stretch, they have improved to 10-1 overall and a perfect 4-0 in the Peach Belt. In their most recent action they knocked off Division I Appalachian State (4-3 on Mar. 9).
 
The Lakers return to action following their home opener against No. 41 Francis Marion on Sunday, March 6. They fell 8-1 in that outing with sophomore Alina Ageichik (Minsk, Republic of Russia) earning the lone victory with a 4-6, 6-3, 10-8 decision at No. 6 singles.
 
All-time, Clayton State is 3-10 against Brenau, dating to the first meeting on February 22, 1996, and 2-4 vs. Flagler. The latter series has been played just since March 24, 2010. The Lakers are 0-6 on the road at BU but earned a 7-2 win in Morrow last season. Against the Saints, they are 0-2 at home and have lost the last three meetings since April 9, 2013.
