The women notched a time of 1:28:59.15 to finish 12th overall and sixth in the Divisional standings. That total placed them ahead of a pair of Division I programs in Jacksonville State and Alabama A&M.
Both programs will resume the 2015 schedule next week with a second consecutive night race, this time at the West Georgia Wolves XC Invitational on Friday, September 11. The women will compete in a 5k beginning at 5:30 p.m. with the men to follow in the 8k at 6 p.m.
