2018-19 All-Peach Belt Conference Third-Team (4x100-meters)

Indoor Track & Field
2018-19: Appeared in all four meets, competing in 10 events … placed 38-of-74 in the 200-meters (26.75) at the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (11/30) … was 26-of-68 in that event with a time of 26.75 at the Emory CrossPlex Invitational (1/20) and was 17-of-43 in the 60-meters (8.31) and 13-of-36 in the long jump (4.82m) at the Southern Indoor Challenge (2/11).

2017-18: Saw action in four of five meets and 15 events … notched a personal best in all six different events … included 55-meters (7.98) and triple jump (10.19m) at Sewanee Tiger Indoor Invitational, 60-meters (8.39) and 200-meters (27.13) at BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (12/1) and 4x400-meter relay (4:35.66) and long jump (4.98m) at Emory CrossPlex Invitational (1/21) … finished 11-of-42 while setting long jump PR …notched 2-of-7 outing in triple jump performance at Sewanee.
 
Outdoor Track & Field
2019: Competed in six meets and an impressive 21 events … produced tremendous campaign, recording personal bests in seven events … all but one of those came at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (4/20) and three came as part of the heptathlon … in that event she finished 5-of-10 with 3,448 points for a PR while setting marks in the 200-meter (26.32) and javelin (23.67) during it … additionally notched personal best in the long jump (5.39m), triple jump (10.48m) and 4x100 relay (48.46) … earned All-Peach Belt Conference Third-Team honors in the latter … just missed All-Conference honors in the long jump, finishing 4-of-14 … other PR came in the high jump (1.35m) at the Doc Anderson Invitational (3/16) … finished 5-of-29 in long jump (5.18m) at Savannah State Eye Opener (3/2).

2018: Appeared in five of six meets and 13 total events … became first Laker in program history to compete in heptathlon, finishing 9-of-11 at the Peach Belt Conference Championships (4/20) … in addition to heptathlon finish, also set one of four other personal bests at PBC Championships with 10.22-meter mark in the triple jump … posted PR’s of 13.09 in the 100-meters and 26.91 in the 200-meters at the Emory Invitational (3/24) as well as long jump (5.17m) at the Emory Classic (3/30) and 4x100-meter relay (49.76) at the Victor Icebreaker Duals (3/3) … finished 8-of-32 in long jump at Berry Invitational (4/6) with distance of 4.89-meters.

2016-17: Competed in one meet, the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker (12/2) … placed sixth in triple jump (11.12m) ... also ran in 200-meters (26.04).
 
Outdoor
2017: Saw action in three meets and seven events … earned fifth place finish in triple jump at Southern State AC Track & Field Championships (4/22), notching personal best 9.81-meters … posted PR in 100-meters (13.10) at that same meet.
 
Lincoln High School: Played soccer and tennis along with competing four years in track & field … helped lead the latter to Region and District 3A Championships as a senior … qualified for State Championships all four years … posted 3.5 GPA and graduated with honors.
 
Personal: Born on November 4, 1997, Shockera is the daughter of Lissa Reid … currently majoring in Health Care Management.
