Top returning middle distance runner... Was an All-Peach Belt Conference and Division II All-Southeast Region selection this past fall in cross country.

2009: Recorded four Top 10 finishes during the indoor season and 15 during the outdoor season... Set the Clayton State indoor team record in the 1,000-meter run with a time of 3:12.91 at the DePauw Invitational... Recorded a second-place during the outdoor season in the 1,500-meter run at the Coach O Invitational, a third-place finish in the 1,500-meter run at the UNF Osprey Challenge and a second-place finish in the distance medley relay at the Columbus State Relays... Ran a career-best 19:25 for 5K during cross country and finished as the team's No. 2 runner.

2008: Became the fastest Clayton State freshman at 1500-meters with a 4:47.34 at the South Region Championships... Led the Lakers all season long in cross country as the No. 1 runner after senior Allison Kreutzer went down with an injury at the beginning of the season... Best race was at the Georgia Collegiates in Macon...  Only women's team member to run at the NCAA Division II South Regional.

High School: A standout runner for Lincoln Park Academy... Recorded a 5K-best of 20:32.... St. Lucie County champ in the 800-meter & 1600-meter runs.... Placed 9th in the 800-meter run at the 2A state meet in 2007.... Lincoln Park Academy and St. Lucie County Scholar Athlete.
