2013: Helped lead team to 4-of-31 finish at NCAA Division II Southeast Regional (11/9) and 3-of-12 finish at Peach Belt Conference Championships (10/26) … earned United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) All-Southeast Region honors … placed 22nd at both NCAA Regional with a time of 23:08.70 and PBC Championships with a mark of 22:52.05, respectively … finished ninth at West Georgia Invitational (10/12) with a time of 19:56.08.

2012: Ran in six of seven races in helping team to Peach Belt Conference Championship  ... named to USTFCCCA Division II All-Southeast Region team after placing 16th at NCAA Southeast Regional (11/3) with career best mark of 23:32 … helped Clayton State advance to first ever NCAA Division II National Championships (11/17) … earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors ... placed 22nd at Peach Belt Conference Championships (10/20) with a time of 23:59 ... finished 10th at Falcon Classic (9/22) with a time of 23:57, helping the Lakers to a meet victory.

2011: Competed in all five races, ranking as the club’s top finisher three times ... named to All-Peach Belt Conference Team … earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors … posted team leading 24:15.85 at PBC Championships (10/22), finishing ninth overall ... that performance helped the Lakers to a runner-up finish ... posted career best 5k time of 19:44 at JSU Foothills Invitational (10/8) ... placed team best 5th at 5k Georgia Southwestern Remembrance Run (9/10) with a time of 20:22 ... finished team best 25th at prestigious Greater Louisville Classic (10/1) with a time of 20:00.48 ... placed 42nd with career-best time of 23:48.50 at NCAA Division II Southeast Regional Championships (11/5).

Highland High School: Played three seasons of soccer and ran four years of cross country and track … helped lead HHS to four straight cross country conference championships and four consecutive trips to the California Intercollegiate Federation State Championships … posted career best cross country time of 19:00.00 on a 5k course … delivered personal best track times in  3,200-meters (11:45), 1,600-meters (5:30) and 800-meters (2:25).
