2016: Saw action in five meets and five events … posted season-best times in 1,500-meters (5:33.63) and 5,000-meters (21:26.44) at the 2016 Peach Belt Conference Championships (4/23) and Berry Field Day Invitational (4/9), respectively.

Personal: Born on August 12, 1995, Hailey is the daughter of Chad and Camille Budd and Mandy Garcia … family includes five siblings, Blake Carbaugh (13) Kaden Garcia (17), Sadie Budd (17), Seth Carbaugh (20) and Dillon Budd (21) … member of National Honor Society … currently undecided on a major.
