McKenzie Higgins will begin her first season as a graduate assistant athletic trainer with Clayton State in the fall of 2020.
She comes to CSU after receiving her bachelor’s degree in athletic training from the University of Central Missouri in May of 2020. While there, she served as a student trainer and provided coverage for football, softball, women’s soccer, baseball and the cross country and track & field programs.
Higgins is currently working towards her master’s degree in kinesiology from the University of North Georgia.
She is a BOC certified athletic trainer, holds an athletic training license with the state of Georgia and is CPR and AED certified through the American Heart Association. She is also a membe of the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA). Â
