2003: Named All-Conference after placing eighth in the Peach Belt Conference championships with a personal best time of 26:06, the seventh fastest time in Clayton State history ... Placed eighth in Valdosta State Invitational with a time of 26:19, the 13th fastest time in school history ... Named to All-State squad after running the a time of 26:18, the 12th fastest time in school history, at the Georgia Collegiate Championships.

2002: Ran collegiate best time of 27:01 at Peach Belt Conference Championships, placing 27th in the event. His time was the second fastest 8K ever by a freshman.

Pre-CCSU: A 1999 graduate of Thika High School ... Ran at the No. 1 and No. 2 position on his high school team. Named school's best athlete as a senior ... Top cross country time of 30:42 in 10K and 83:52 in 12K.
