West Nottingham Academy: Played basketball and tennis and competed in swimming during senior year at WNA in Maryland … saw action at shooting guard for the Rams during his postgraduate year … in that one year he helped the program to a 21-16 record and a third place finish in the Great Atlantic Conference … in the latter he delivered 16 and 14 point games in the semifinals and finals … in the pool, won a number of regional competitions before leading WNA tennis to an undefeated season and going unbeaten himself individually … academically strong he earned First Academic Honors (Second Semester), Second Academic Honors (First Semester) while being named International Student Ambassador and earning the Joseph C. Ray, Jr. Endowed American History and Virginia B. Bowen Memorial prizes.
 
International Amateur Competition: Spent first three years playing in native France with what would be considered his freshman year being spent with Paris-Levallois at the U15 level …  second year of playing organized basketball saw him play a large role defensively while developing his offensive game … his third year would see him move on to the Lille Metropole Basketball Club at the U18 level where he saw action as a shooting guard and on the wing … after continuing to develop his game and get stronger, played final two years with the Rouen Metropole Basketball Club, also at the U18 level … helped lead RMBC to a 16-4 record the first year while anchoring the club's defense and proving he can play at the national level …one more season, this time as a point guard, saw him average 11.8 points, 7.2 assists and 5.2 rebounds while leading the club to a third finish at the national championships.
