2015: Competed in five meets in first year as a Laker … placed 44^th at D2 Georgia Collegiate Championships (10/10) with time of 27:43.70 … ran a 6k season-best 27:40.30 at the North Georgia Invitational (9/19).
 
Indoor Track & Field
2015-16: Ran in three meets and eight events … notched a pair of top five efforts, both at the Sewanee Indoor Invitational (2/20) … was second in 4x800-meter relay (10:57.64) and third in 4x400-meter relay (4:51.65).
 
Outdoor Track & Field
2016: Saw action in five meets and six events … placed seventh in the 5,000-meters (21:22.70) at the Emory Invitational (3/19) … posted season-best time in 1,500-meters (5:24.62) at Tiger Orange and Blue Classic (3/5) and in the 5,000-meters (20:53.18) at the Shorter Invitational (3/26).
 
Agnes Scott
2012-13: Member of cross country program.
 
2011-12: Ran cross country for the Scotties.
 
Darlington School: Four-year member of cross country and track & field programs … helped cross country to Georgia State Championships as a senior (2010) and track & field to Region Championship (2009) … earned All-Region and All-County honors in cross country as a sophomore (2008) … named Most Improved as a freshman.
 
Personal: Born on November 11, 1992, Joy is the daughter of Caroline and Levoyd Jones … family includes a sister, Sophia (7) and Jeremiah (9) … currently majoring in Theatre.
