Morrow, GA – The Lakers hosted the Middle Georgia State University Knights on Wednesday afternoon, competing across four quarters before falling 62–50.
From the tip-off, the Lakers came out firing on defense, contesting shots and battling for every rebound. Kyla Greene set the tone early with crisp perimeter shooting, while Dazjanae Greene made plays on both ends, pushing the pace and creating opportunities in transition. From the inside, Etaria Gibbons controlled the paint and pulled down key boards for the Lakers. The Lakers pushed hard on second chance points and aggressive drives, staying in striking distance as they headed into halftime.
