MORROW, Ga. – Clayton State University Athletics is thrilled to announce a new partnership with Premier Sports Medicine. The partnership serves to provide top-tier athletic training services for its student-athletes. This collaboration underscores Clayton State's commitment to the health, safety, and performance of its student-athletes.
 
"At Clayton State University, we prioritize the well-being and success of our student-athletes both on and off the field," said Director of Athletics Jermaine Rolle. "Partnering with Premier Sports Medicine represents a significant step forward in that commitment. This collaboration will significantly enhance the support we provide to our student-athletes, ensuring they can perform at their best while maintaining optimal health."
 
Through this partnership, Premier Sports Medicine will offer on-site athletic training, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance enhancement services for all Clayton State athletic teams. Clayton State Laker student-athletes will also have access to the latest in sports medicine treatment protocols, ensuring they receive the best care possible.  Premier Sports Medicine will also support the athletic department's efforts in prioritizing the overall safety, physical health, and mental health of all Laker student-athletes. 
 
Partnering with Premier Sports Medicine represents a significant milestone for Clayton State University Athletics, setting a new standard for athlete care and performance. The athletic department is confident that this collaboration with Premier Sports Medicine will foster a safer, healthier, and more competitive environment for its student-athletes.
 
ABOUT CLAYTON STATE
Established in the Fall of 1992, the Clayton State University Athletics Department has earned numerous championships and outstanding individual performances over the last 30-plus years. The department sponsors 11 NCAA Division II sports and is a member of the Peach Belt Conference (PBC). The Clayton State Lakers have earned 14 PBC Tournament Championships, 18 PBC Regular Season Championships, 83 NCAA Championship appearances, 252 PBC All-Conference selections, 79 Athletic All-Americans, and one NCAA National Championship in Women's Basketball.

Premier Sports Medicine is the "first name" in athletic training and sports medicine services. Our goals are to provide the most comprehensive, high-quality service, to expand the profession of athletic training in areas currently unserved and for Premier Sports Medicine to be considered a premier athletic training outreach company.
