AIKEN, S.C. – The Clayton State University women's soccer team traveled to the Palmetto State to play the Pacers of USC Aiken on Saturday afternoon. The two teams played to a 0-0 draw.
Neither team had many opportunities to get on the scoreboard in the first half until the 28
th minute when Kaitlyn Mosley fired off a shot that was deflected out of play by the Pacer keeper. After a corner kick by
Frederikke Troldborg,
Reia Henry had a chance to score but that shot was also saved by the Pacer keeper. The score remained tied at zeros. Aiken had some late chances to get on the board but
Trinity Chastain made a couple of saves and the two teams found themselves tied at zeros after the first 45 minutes.

Like the first half of play, neither team could not crack the scoring column but both teams had opportunities to score. The only shot-on-frame for the Lakers was in the 84
th minute when Troldborg's shot was saved by the Aiken keeper.
Chastain made three saves in her Laker debut but both teams ended 90 minutes at a 0-0 draw.
