MORROW, Ga. – The Clayton State men's basketball team will look to extend its winning streak on Saturday as the Lakers make the trip to Savannah State for a 2 p.m. tip.

Clayton State sits at 3-3 for the season while Savannah State is 1-3. Saturday's matchup will be the first time the two schools will face each other in men's basketball.
The Lakers are led by
Ricardo Lynch and
Jalen Shaw who are scoring 15.0 and 14.8 points per game, respectively. Shaw leads the team with 7.8 rebounds per game, 1.2 steals per game and 1.8 blocks per game. He ranks second in the league in blocks per game and is fifth in rebounds per game.
Ricardo Saams Jr. leads the team and Peach Belt Conference with a 73.8 shooting percentage and is third on the team with 13.0 points per game.
The Tigers are led by Trey DeLoach who is averaging 16.8 points per game and 1.5 blocks per game. Marcus Scott is scoring 13 points while Daryl Richardson is pulling down 7.5 rebounds per game and averaging 10.3 points.
