MORROW, Ga. – The Clayton State men's basketball team will take on West Georgia Tuesday night for a 7:30 p.m. tipoff.

The Lakers are coming off the Clayton State Classic in which they hosted Clark Atlanta, Tuskegee and Georgia College. The men went 1-1 for the weekend as they fell to Clark Atlanta but took down Tuskegee.
The Wolves sit at 2-1 for the season with wins over Montevallo and Palm Beach Atlantic. They are the fourth team the Lakers will play or have already played in this young season that made the NCAA Tournament last season.
West Ga. holds a 21-13 record in the overall series between the two schools, but Clayton State earned a 20-point win in 2019. Clayton State is 7-3 in the last 10 meetings.

Ricardo Lynch and
Ricardo Saams Jr. Lynch is scoring 16.0 points per game is averaging 5.2 rebounds a game. Saams Jr. is shooting 76.9% from the field and is scoring 15.2 points per game.
Jalen Shaw is averaging 14.8 points and 7.2 rebounds to go along with his 3.0 steals.
