MORROW, Ga. – Clayton State (5-17, 3-12 PBC) men's basketball enters Homecoming off of back-to-back victories and the 150^th career win for head coach Jimmy Link as they host Francis Marion (4-18, 3-12 PBC) on Saturday, February 15. Game time is set for approximately 5 p.m. at The Loch following the women's contest.
 
Clayton State is 20-11 all-time against the Patriots, dating to the first meeting on November 25, 1994 at The Loch. They have posted two separate five game winning streaks, first from January 6, 2001 through March 1, 2003 and again from January 24, 2009 through January 7, 2012.
 
The Lakers have won five of the last eight meetings but the Patriots had won two in a row, picking up a 98-80 decision in Morrow on January 12, 2019 and a 107-98 win on February 9 of that year in Florence. Most recently Clayton State notched an 82-79 victory on the road on January 18, 2020 to snap that stretch. Additionally, the Lakers are an outstanding 12-3 all-time at home in the series.
