MORROW, Ga. – In the last home game of the regular season, Clayton State (19-5, 17-3 PBC) hosts Georgia Southwestern (12-12, 8-12 PBC) on Wednesday, February 21 as they chase a second consecutive Peach Belt Conference Regular Season Championship. Game time is set for approximately 7:30 p.m. following the women's game.
The Lakers trail the all-time series 21-17 dating back to the first meeting on January 26, 1991 when both schools were members of the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) and the Georgia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GIAC).

The Hurricanes won 12 of the first 13 meetings through February 19, 1996 but since then Clayton State has gone 13-9 in the series. With a 75-69 victory on January 24 they have extended to a five-game winning streak marking their longest in series history.
