MORROW, Ga. – After a three game road trip Clayton State (13-12, 10-9 PBC) returns home to host UNC Pembroke (9-14, 7-12 PBC) on Homecoming on Saturday, February 17. Game time is set for a special 3 p.m. tip-off at The Loch.
 
Clayton State is an impressive 18-9 all-time against UNCP and are 9-6 on the road in the series. They have won 12 of the last 14 meetings with the only exceptions being a 69-59 Braves victory on January 19, 2015 in Pembroke and a 76-61 loss on the road on December 17, 2016.
 
Last season the teams met in the PBC Tournament for the first time as the Lakers notched a 72-49 quarterfinal victory at The Loch on February 25, 2017. Clayton State's last time out with UNC Pembroke on January 20, ended with a 71-69 victory in Pembroke, North Carolina. The series dates back to January 11, 1998 when Clayton State posted a 73-44 decision.
