MORROW, Ga. – Having taken on a bit of a "giant slayer" role over the past three games, Clayton State (12-11, 9-8 PBC) continues a three-game road trip at Augusta (4-17, 2-15 PBC) on Monday, February 12. Game time is set for 5:30 p.m. in Augusta, Georgia.
 
The Lakers hold a 17-12 advantage in the all-time series, dating back to the first meeting on January 7, 1998. The Jaguars took seven of the first nine outings, including the first five through January 3, 2001.
 
Clayton State, however, holds the longest winning streak in series history, taking eight straight from February 9, 2008 through February 5, 2014. Since then Augusta won back-to-back meetings, claiming a 53-51 decision on January 31, 2015 and 69-56 victory on January 30, 2016, before the Lakers notched a 79-63 victory in Morrow on January 9, 2017. They've now made it two in a row with a 62-52 win at The Loch on December 30, 2017.
