No. 2W Clayton State Hosts No. 3E UNC Pembroke in First Ever PBC Tournament Meeting

MORROW, Ga. – Clayton State (23-5, 15-4 PBC) enters the 2017 Peach Belt Conference Tournament with their most wins since the 2012-13 season and as the No. 2 seed out of the West Division. They will take on UNC Pembroke (15-11, 10-9 PBC) on Saturday, February 25 at 3:30 p.m. at The Loch.
 
The Lakers are an impressive 16-9 all-time against UNCP and are 7-4 at home in the series. They have won 10 of the last 12 meetings with the only exceptions being a 69-59 Braves victory on January 19, 2015 in Pembroke and a 76-61 loss on the road on December 17, 2016 earlier this season.
 
The series dates back to January 11, 1998 when Clayton State posted a 73-44 decision. The teams have never met in the PBC Tournament and UNCP has not been in the field since the 2011-12 season.

Tickets
General admission is $10 for an adult and $5 for senior citizens, children under 12 and military with valid ID. As per Peach Belt Conference rules, there will be no pass lists allowed for this game.
