MORROW, Ga. – Following an 11 day layoff, Clayton State (4-5, 1-2 PBC) returns to action as they host Augusta (3-4, 1-2 PBC) in the final game of the 2017 portion of the schedule on Saturday, December 30. Game time is set for 1:30 p.m. at The Loch.
The Lakers hold a
16-12 advantage in the all-time series, dating back to the first meeting on January 7, 1998. The Jaguars took seven of the first nine outings, including the first five through January 3, 2001.

Clayton State, however, holds the longest winning streak in series history, taking eight straight from February 9, 2008 through February 5, 2014. Since then Augusta won back-to-back meetings, claiming a 53-51 decision on January 31, 2015 and 69-56 victory on January 30, 2016, before the Lakers notched a 79-63 victory in Morrow on January 9, 2017.
