MORROW, Ga. – Clayton State (4-4, 1-1 PBC) is back in action as they take on rival Lander (7-2, 2-1 PBC) in a key early season Peach Belt Conference meeting on Tuesday, December 19. Game time is set for 5:30 p.m. in Greenwood, South Carolina.
The Lakers lead the
all-time series 20-12, dating back to the first meeting on January 31, 1998. In the history of the series, Clayton State holds a nine-game win streak from January 15, 2005, through March 15, 2008, which is the longest between the two teams.

Clayton State won five of six meetings between March 3, 2012 and December 17, 2015 but the Bearcats have taken the last three. That includes a 92-71 decision on January 4, 2017 and a 97-60 victory in the PBC Quarterfinals on March 4, 2017, both in Greenwood.
