Clayton State Heads to Montevallo in PBC West Division Showdown

MORROW, Ga. – Clayton State (11-9, 6-5 PBC) heads to Montevallo (12-7, 6-6 PBC) for a key Peach Belt Conference West Division matchup on Monday, January 30. Game time is set for 8:30 p.m. (EST) in Montevallo, Alabama following the conclusion of the women's contest.
 
The Lakers trail the all-time series 11-3 dating to the first meeting on January 20, 2010. They lost the first three meetings in series history before notching a 57-52 decision on February 19, 2011 at The Loch. Since then the Falcons have taken eight of the next 10 outings, including a narrow 71-69 victory in Montevallo on February 13, 2016. Clayton State has never won on the road in the series in seven tries.
