MORROW, Ga. – No. 23/24 Clayton State (17-4, 11-3 PBC) begins a three-game road trip following a brief return home as they travel to USC Aiken (9-14, 4-10 PBC). Game time is set for 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 10 in Aiken, S.C.
 
The Pacers come into the game having dropped five of their last six contests, including a 77-55 decision to Lander (2/6). Before that they lost four straight to Montevallo (57-53), Francis Marion (68-44), Armstrong State (63-51) and Young Harris (55-44) before defeating UNC Pembroke 57-55 on February 3.
 
Clayton State is currently tied for first place in the Peach Belt Conference West Division despite a recent three-game losing streak. With a return to The Loch came a return to the Lakers winning ways with a 68-47 victory over Georgia Southwestern (2/6). Prior to that downturn, they had won 13 in a row and currently rank No. 23 in the D2SIDA Women's Basketball Media Poll and No. 24 in the USA Today Sports Coaches Poll.
