MORROW, Ga. – Having had the past week away from game action during finals week, Clayton State (4-3, 0-0 PBC) returns to action against a strong Saint Leo (4-5, 1-2 SSC) team on Tuesday, December 13. Game time is set for 5:30 p.m. at The Loch.
 
Saint Leo comes to Morrow, Georgia for the first time but with a couple of familiar faces in former USC Aiken head coach Vince Alexander and player Tyreece Brice. They also bring with them six players at 6-7 or taller, including 6-11 Drago Popovic and 6-10 Darius Huggins and Trail Pierce.
 
Despite a sub-.500 record, the Lions have gone head-to-head with a pair of top flight opponents, falling to No. 5 Alabama-Huntsville (82-80) in their season opener and knocking off No. 9 Barry (99-93) in overtime two games ago on December 3.
 
All-time the teams have met just twice, beginning with a 106-71 Lakers victory on December 12, 1994. The teams broke a 21-year drought last season when Clayton State came away with a 76-63 win when the teams met on November 29. Both of those games were played in Saint Leo, Florida.
