MORROW, Ga. – After opening the season on the road last weekend at the Embassy Suites PBC/SAC Challenge in Charlotte, North Carolina, Clayton State (1-1, 0-0 PBC) hosts LeMoyne-Owen College (0-3, 0-0 SIAC) in their home opener on Thursday, November 17. Game time is set for 7 p.m. at The Loch.

The Magicians enter at 0-3 following losses to Shorter (83-69), Union (82-60) and Tougaloo (92-70) while the Lakers return home following a split against a pair of South Atlantic Conference opponents. They downed Anderson 64-62 before falling to a strong host Queens team by a score of 81-71.

Alfonso Davis from their time at Paine, the meeting will be the first between the Magicians and Clayton State. Those four individuals faced LeMoyne-Owen on a regular basis as part of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference.
