MORROW, Ga. – With one game left of the regular season Clayton State (8-6-1, 5-5-1 PBC) hosts Flagler (7-4-3, 6-3-2 PBC) on Sunday, October 30. Game time is set for 11 a.m. at Laker Field and will be directly preceded by Senior Day.
 
The Lakers enter the day in line for the No. 7 seed but need to win or tie to keep Montevallo behind them. Who they will play is much less clear as North Georgia, Armstrong State and UNC Pembroke all have 26 points and play on the final day of the season.
 
All-time Clayton State is 4-2-2 against Flagler, dating to the first meeting on October 26, 1996. Following that 1-1 tie in St. Augustine, Florida, the Saints would notch a 2-1 victory on their home field in the next meeting – 13 years later on September 26, 2009. Since then the teams have met each year as members of the PBC with the Lakers holding a 4-1-1 advantage over that time. It has also included three straight wins, all by shutout.
