MORROW, Ga. – Having posted a pair of convincing victories, Clayton State women's basketball is set to open the home portion of the 2015-16 campaign at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 20 when they host West Georgia.
The special start time is a result of the Lakers hosting Clayton County Middle School Honor Roll Day, where they will celebrate the academic accomplishments of more than 1,000 students in attendance who qualified for either the "A" or "A/B" Honor Roll.
West Georgia comes into the game having lost all three of their games by a combined six points (against Eckerd, Tuskegee and Georgia Southwestern) while Clayton State has won their first two games. They downed Palm Beach Atlantic 85-61 and Lynn 83-72 last weekend at the Second Annual B.J. Ford Classic in Savannah, Georgia.
Full video and live stat coverage of the game will be available at
