Welcome to College Cross Country! This was an eye-opening experience for one-in-all, including us coaches. For a first-year program, the Lakers did okay. Fabbri and Harmon ran well for their first taste of cross country while Brock, Hendrickson, and Kemp now realize the importance of off-season training. The Lady Lakers who ran represented CSC well. Peterson ran well over the rolling course for a Top 25 overall finish. I look for much individual improvement when we return to this course in two weeks for the Georgia Collegiate Championships (Sept. 30).
