Senior forward Denzel Council (Macon, Ga.) delivered an impressive week with averages of 17.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocks in 31.5 minutes per game. He would produce a career game at USC Aiken (12/16) to kick off the week, finishing with career-highs of 20 points (on 8-of-15 shooting) and 11 rebounds to go with a block. He would also sink a key three-pointer late to help seal the 67-64 road victory.

Council came through with another strong performance at Lander (12/19) to close out the week. In that game he put up 15 points and eight boards with a pair of steals and a block in 30 minutes of action. He also shot better than 81-percent from the foul line over the two games, going 9-of-11 at the charity stripe.
